My Baby is 9 Today!

I can't believe that my first baby is 9 today.  Time has flown!  In this picture she is 3 years old.  I don't have digital ones on file for her before then because we didn't have a digital camera back then.  Isn't she so cute!?!

Here she is with Macy today.   The weather was nice so we played outside and just hung out with family and relaxed.  It was a fun day.

She picked yellow cake with chocolate frosting and we decorated it together.  I forgot to take pictures but most of the local family came to have cake and icecream with us. 

She scored clothes, games, heelys, art stuff, books, a science kit and $.  What a loved little girl.Presents are great.  (Ashtyn at 2, Haylee 9 mo)

6 Months

I can't believe my baby is six months old today.   {sigh}

To Celebrate I let her eat her first chocolate licorice

  She sits up and plays with toys happily for a good 30-45 minutes at a time.

  She reaches for everything she is close to

  Loves paper

  Doesn't love baby food but will eat a little for you just to be courteous.

  She scratches everything.  She like to feel the texture of things

  When she is on her tummy she kicks her little feet back and forth casually like she is hanging out

  She adores Brigham and lights up when he is around

  Crys when Mom leaves the room

• Loves watching the kids play

Party Party Party

We are in party mode at our house.  Every night this week has been a party.  Yesterday we went to my soon to be Sister-in-Laws bridal shower.  Next weekend it will be official.  We are so excited to be welcoming Brittni to the family.  She has been dating my little brother, Brandon for several years now so it just seems natural to have her around. 

Here is the cute couple at the next party we attended, Brock's birthday party. Aren't they so cute together!?!  I guess I should have made them look at me but that would have been too much work.

The kids had a blast playing in these tubes.                                                                           This is Miss Shaylee, my cutest niece.  Brock got some fish for his birthday so she sat there and watched them. 

Here is my buddy the birthday boy.  He turned four and was so excited.  I have been babysitting him the past few weeks and we have happily been anticipating this day.  He has a crush on my little brother Logan's girlfriend Whitanee (Whitney).  He is not shy about proclaiming his love to her all the time.  Whitney will be 38 by the time he is 18 so they can be married.  tee hee. 

One more week until our wedding parties start and then we have our annual Easter egg hunt to look forward to.  Tis the season to party, party, party!
